Hi educators and therapists,

How do we create an equally safe, compassionate, and inviting experience for all children on all spectrums of learning styles, cultures, and backgrounds? More importantly, how do we create this for the ones providing the services? Join me in creating a safe and curious environment.

Inclusion Consultation

Inclusion consulting focuses on supporting schools and education programs to ensure the quality of child learning and development are being optimized. Inclusion means that every child contributes to the learning environment. Consulting includes classroom observations, assessments, individualized support plans, direct support in the classroom, and on-the-need-basis behavioral consultation

Training & Workshops

Annie offers cohort training for organizations and companies from groups of 5 up to 50+ staff. Workshops and training topics are individualized and based on the needs of the organization after a 1:1 meeting has been established to review needs and goals. Behavior Roots caters to all learning styles (visual, audio, and kinesthetic) to ensure all learning is catered to a diversity of individuals and incorporates learning in a way that offers an inclusive learning modality. Professional training previously offered or requested: Building Connection, Play, Reframing the Mind, Breathwork as an Intervention, Connecting Trauma and Behaviors, Bridging the Gaps Between Trauma and ABA Practices, Creating Trauma-Informed Behavior Intervention Plans, and more. These training are specifically for educators and those in the applied behavior analysis field.

ABA Mentorship

Mentorship assists you with being your best self-advocate and offers professional development by filling in the gaps where previous supervision and training were missed for those in the ABA field. Behavior Roots also offers specialty training in holistic modalities to add to a professional’s skill repertoire such as ACT, breath work, emotions, and play. In addition, mental and emotional support are prioritized during mentorship as well, as this plays a direct correlation to feeling safe to grow. Whether you are a newly minted BCBA, an RBT, a graduate student, or simply a teacher who desires to utilize ABA strategies in the classrooms more, effective guidance is crucial to your well-being and your professional growth. Services offer individualized support based on your needs as well as a road map plan for your goals. Learn about Annie’s journey here.
