You’re pretty good at managing external chaos, but you secretly struggle to manage your internal space.

Most of us grew up thinking these reactions were just "personality traits." We think of ourselves as a "people-pleaser," an "exploder," or someone who just "shuts down."

But they aren't who you are. They are automatic survival loops—your nervous system doing the best it can with the tools it was given. And you cannot willpower your way out of a dysregulated body.

These patterns simply mean you haven’t been given the space or the tools to navigate the storms inside you.

This will be a 4 week interactive personal healing workshop for everyday adults ready to build healthier, happier relationships with themselves and their loved ones. What we’ll explore:

  • What Emotions Actually Are: Stripping away the shame and learning how to interpret what your body is trying to tell you.

  • Soothing the Nervous System: Practical, real-time tools to regulate yourself when you feel the fight-or-flight response taking over.

  • The Art of Boundaries: How to identify, communicate, and maintain boundaries that protect your peace without pushing people away.

  • Responding vs. Reacting: Moving away from automatic, old patterns and choosing how you show up in your relationships.


The problem isn’t that you don't know what to do. The problem is that when you get triggered, your body reacts before your brain can even think. You need physical practice and self-awareness so you can stop yelling, shutting down, or over-pleasing in the heat of the moment.

Meeting Dates: September 8-October 1 2026 / 2x a week

Week 1: Tuesday 9/8, Thursday 9/10

Week 2: Tuesday 9/15, Thursday 9/17

Week 3: Tuesday 9/22, Thursday 9/24

Week 4: Tuesday 9/21, Thursday 10/1

Location: Online zoom *A google calendar invite and zoom link will be sent the day before

Can't make a session? That's okay, life happens. By joining, you will still get a
recording and any resources that are provided, plus you can reach out to Annie if you have any questions.
