Raise Your Voice: Stories That Shape Us

An ongoing ACT and trauma-informed dialogue and interview series that centers ABA practitioners’ lived experiences as meaningful learning contexts within behavior analysis. This series recognizes that personal and professional learning histories cannot be separated, and that sustainable clinical growth requires space for emotional processing, reflection, and healing. Through reflective storytelling, values-based dialogue, and holistic behavior analytical exercises, participants are supported in practicing vulnerability, processing burnout and self-doubt, and cultivating self-trust, emotional resilience, and psychological flexibility—making this experience both a CEU and a space for personal growth. These events prioritizes psychological safety and a trauma-informed learning environment.
