Free Community Breath Work Sessions (In-Person)


Once a year, I offer free, intimate breath work sessions with a small group consisting of 4-5 individuals to build a deeper community, deeper relationships in a safe space, and to assist you in any ailments (physically, emotionally, or mentally) through breath work, exercises, and practical tips.
