Free Community Breath Work Sessions (In-Person)

Once a year, I offer free, intimate breath work sessions with a small group consisting of 4-5 individuals to build a deeper community, deeper relationships in a safe space, and to assist you in any ailments (physically, emotionally, or mentally) through breath work, exercises, and practical tips. Wellbeing Fair

Annie Chen will be participating at the Wellbeing Fair in San Francisco, CA March 15, 2025 with 20+ other health practitioners. This is a free event.
Launched in 2022, the SF Well-being Fair is a seasonal event that occurs at the turn of each season. At the SF WBF, we are passionate about building community to support everyone’s birthright – yours/our well-being! We love creating an engaging environment where individuals can explore various aspects of wellness, from physical health to mental and spiritual growth.

We gather a diverse team of practitioners who are teachers, coaches, therapists, artists and more to come together, share their wisdom and practices. Less wellness marketplace, more informational, experiential and resourceful ways to inspire one another towards a holistic approach to being well in a dynamic world of joys and sorrows. We are committed to supporting and connecting with our fellow BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities to create greater presence, awareness, and access to wellness opportunities for our unique well-being.”
