Therapeutic Coaching sessions combine all modalities of Annie’s training (breath work, behavior science, and ACT (acceptance commitment training) to offer you maximized support. She will run an assessment to personalize and determine what you might need support in. A la carte sessions are available for $170 per 50 minutes or a discounted package rate is available below:
Starter Package (self-guided): $197 $97. This is an introductory package that allows you to experience my work. An individualized assessment, suggested goals, tools, and exercises are offered, but no direct 1:1 support is provided.
Private Package (12 1:1 sessions):$2,040 $1,800. The most common option, designed for substantial progress.
Premium Reset Package (24 1:1 sessions):$4,080 $3600. My highest value package for long-term change.
