  • Physical symptoms: chronic headaches, gastrointestinal issues, sleep issues, low energy, weight fluctuation, high blood pressure, and muscle tension, and more.

  • Emotional symptoms: anxiety, depression, or mood swings, difficulty managing stress or adapting to life changes, an inability to focus, difficulty making decisions, or maintaining healthy relationships, and more.

  • Behavioral symptoms: Defiance, acting on urgency, hurtful words, difficulty expressing emotions, impulsive behaviors, lack of awareness of sensations like pain or hunger, neglecting basic needs, seeking extreme experiences, and more.

These symptoms can present very early on in a child, which is why it is crucial for children to learn these skills at a very early age. These symptoms impact the ability for relationship dynamics to thrive and can impact an individuals ability to thrive. The exercises in these worksheets can be applied to both adults and children as young as 4 years old.
