Do you feel like you always need to be at your peak—ready for any emergency, responsible for every outcome, and perfectly prepared for every work day? Or maybe you’re just burnt out from the field or in your work and feeling stuck, asking yourself if this was the right decision. Many of these beliefs, often rooted in perfectionism, are one of the leading contributors to burnout, anxiety, and chronic fatigue.

In this event, you’ll:

  • Learn the link between perfectionism and burnout

  • Identify the perfectionistic beliefs that hold you back

  • Learn practical tools and exercises to manage perfectionism

  • Gain strategies to protect your mental health while maintaining professional excellence (including your company/supervisor)

While these strategies are to assist with personal and professional growth, the tools & strategies we will review will be applicable to clients and students you work with as well. Open to all clinicians, teachers, therapists, & social workers.

This is my final CEU offering for BCBA’s before I close out my CEU provider in November, and it’s one I’m especially passionate about—because perfectionism is something I’ve personally navigated as a clinician.

*Even if you can only make one hour, I recommend attending LIVE. Certain exercises will only be as effective when done together. A recording will be sent to those who cannot make it but I recommend attending the LIVE event to maximize your value
