A 3-week group program that blends education, real-life stories, practical self-regulation techniques, breathwork, and holistic coaching. You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, let go of unhelpful survival habits, and build the skills to make choices that truly support your health, relationships, and daily life. We will meet weekly from October 14th-October 30th, 2x a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) just in time to prepare your nervous system for the big holidays.

VIP Rooted Reset (Group Edition) is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and reset—alongside a supportive community of like-minded individuals. This is a guided journey to recalibrate your nervous system, identity, and emotional responses in a safe, connected environment.

Grounded in trauma-informed behavior science, breathwork, and holistic coaching, you’ll learn how to shift out of survival mode and begin living in a way that feels safe, intentional, and deeply true to yourself needs.
